HOW PAYMENT WORKS

One-time payment. No account. No subscription.

WHAT FILECHECK DOES

Make the file work easier to review.

  • Checks declaration files for missing, invalid, or inconsistent data.
  • Fixes only clear formatting issues and shows every change.
  • Keeps your original data unchanged and shows what needs your review.
  • Creates corrected CSV/XLSX files, validates LAWGS Merchandise XML when applicable, and prepares a review package.

WHAT STILL NEEDS YOUR DECISION

You stay in control of the filing.

  • Whether a declaration is required or meets a legal requirement.
  • Species, country of harvest, HTS classification, quantity, entered value, or special-use choices.
  • Filing, transmitting, or representing data to ACE, LAWGS, APHIS, CBP, or any government system.
  • Whether a government system or other recipient will accept a filing.

PRACTICAL FAQ

Before you start

Where are my files processed?

In your browser. FileCheck has no customer-file upload endpoint or file storage. Temporary browser-local recovery is used only to return from checkout and expires automatically.

What if I lose a paid result?

Re-upload and process the same source data, then use Restore Purchase with the checkout email and receipt reference. FileCheck checks a privacy-safe match so it unlocks only the same paid input and output. The recovery window is 14 days.

Can FileCheck fix substantive declaration data?

No. It never silently changes genus, species, country of harvest, HTS classification, substantive value, quantity, description, or special-use appropriateness.
